IMD Test Tones
InterModulation Distortion (IMD) testing requires two independent tones at different amplitudes. The amplitude of the higher of the two tones is typically 12dB (4:1 ratio) lower than the low frequency tone. Several standard tone pairs are provided as well as the ability to select your own custom tones.
